I’ve been working in the AV industry since 2007, starting my career at an internal media group as a trainee and progressing through the business to become Head of AV in 2018. Over the years, I’ve developed a deep understanding of live events from every angle — from hands-on technical delivery to team leadership and full-scale project management.
